Each member of a family needs and desires to understand the life of their siblings & family members. Because of this, you might want to consider including your family in on your business decisions. This is especially true for the husband and wife, and the couple should be willing to speak to each other about business matters. This should not dominate the conversation, but you should always look to your spouse for ideas and advice. You might be surprised as to their insight. They can see things that you may have overlooked and give you creative advice to help you expand your business. Children may be good for this too, and you should be willing to listen to the resources you have in your own home.
