Do you have a hobby that you truly enjoy? I do and it is photography. Although I do not have the artistic skill necessary to make the cut as a professional photographer, perhaps some of you out there do. This type of job can take you along many different avenues. You could venture into wedding or personal photography, or you could develop you own artistic portfolio. Either way, you will need some physical space for this.
