More and more company employees are now demanding that they be able to work from their homes. Many companies have come to agree with this principal and it is believed that if workers could spend just one day at home that this would clear up traffic by one fifth. Imagine if companies allowed as many workers as possible to work from their homes. It is hard to say the impact of this because there are many jobs that still require workers to come to the office building. It would be impossible, for instance, for a worker to assemble a computer at the home. Even so, this is still just one of many good work at home strategies.

There are jobs out there that would allow for workers to work at home. Many call centers could cut down on their costs simply by preparing workers to do this same job from the comfort of their living room.  There are other job types that would fit this profile as well and it would be wise for companies to take there employees up on this offer.
