For some of those who work at home, their job is not necessarily their own business. More and more companies are turning to this approach because it just makes good sense. If this were done on a wide scale, then it would cut down on pollution, lighten the traffic load and improve the overall workforce. People would not be as stressed then if they worked in an office. The government is now catching in on this idea and there are now many civil servant jobs that allow for people to work from home.

The government wanted to be more thoughtful of their employees and this is part of a new family orientated policy.  Many of these servants are very grateful to have the backing of the government on this issue and this is making their lives a whole lot easier. This should really be extended to all jobs where officials could work from home. Of course, there are going to be jobs that just cannot fall into this category, but there are a lot of desk jobs out there waiting to be moved to the home.
